The DWP Mobile Washing range are highly versatile and fully portable washing systems mounted on a heavy duty triple-axle chassis for ease of transport and set-up. The DWP Mobile Plant provides an efficient and cost effective solution for short to medium term projects.

DWP mobile plants can produce up to 5 quality saleable products, including 1 or 2 washed sands and 3 washed aggregates. Material is processed using the plant’s integrated cyclone sand unit incorporating a rubber-lined slurry pump, sump tank, hydrocyclone and dewatering screen.

The DWP mobile plant can be supplied with a mobile feeding and pre-screen unit, and mobile stockpilers offering a complete turnkey processing system to provide maximum productivity and portability for sand and gravel producers.
